My Mission Statement:
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in regular and meaningful communication with my clients, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that at the completion of your transaction, you should feel happy with the process. If you’re not, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
What Sets Me Apart:
I am a full-time residential broker dedicated to providing professional, ethical and personal representation for clients buying or selling real estate in the greater Puget Sound area. I have helped my clients with transaction from Arlington to Gig Harbor, North Bend to Bremerton, and many points in between. I live in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, and am familiar with the city’s multitude of interesting neighborhoods.I have lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest most of my life, and love the variety of towns and communities here. I bring my knowledge of the region as well as my training and years of experience to assist each of my clients. Whether you are selling your home or buying a new one, I work closely with you to make sure you have a positive and successful real estate transaction.
The management and support services provided through my alignment with Sterling, Johnston & Associates ensure that my clients receive the most ethical, professional and client-focused service. As a Managing Broker, I have completed additional training in the real estate profession, also earning the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designations.
A Bit More About Me:
Prior to my real estate career, I provided business planning and administration for The Boeing Company, and social service planning and administration for local governments.
While born and raised in the greater-Seattle area, I have traveled and lived in other parts of the US. I’m happy to call Seattle and the Pacific Northwest “home”. My husband and I have two children, who reside in San Francisco and the Washington, D.C. area. We now live with a dog and a cat, who remind us each day we’re here to serve them.
